Are your hair growth products for all hair types?

Our products are designed and catered to those individuals with type 3 and type 4 textures.
How long will I see results with your hair growth products?

Growth depends on how you care for your hair. Having consistency, dedication, and patience will allow you to see the full maxium growth within 2-14 days.
Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are handmade with quality, natural, and organic ingredients.
How long will it take for me to receive my products?

We offer UPS/USPS Ground standard shipping (1-7 business day transit time). Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. All orders placed after 5 PM CDT will begin to be processed the next business day.
Can I get a refund?

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. All sales are final.
Can your products be used on infants/toddlers?

Due to our products being all natural and organic, we recommend waiting till they are 5 years old before using as their scalps may be too sensitive for the organic ingredients.
